Mrs. Joyce SMITH has over 20 years of healthcare and medical insurance experiences. She is responsible for driving business development and marketing initiatives cohesively for Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong (Gleneagles), from project development to operational execution. She works closely with the Group Marketing of IHH Healthcare, the parent company of Gleneagles, to improve effectiveness and efficiency of the business development and marketing strategies implemented at Gleneagles, and develop interconnected digital healthcare platforms for enhancing patient experience. Joyce also leads the team to develop and implement marketing strategies for promoting Gleneagles services through different channels in the Greater Bay Area. Recently, she has also taken up a secondment appointment with Parkway (Shanghai) Hospital Management and Parkway Health Shanghai Hospital Company Ltd., a subsidiary of IHH Healthcare, to pave the way for Gleneagles’ operation in China. Joyce holds a Master‘s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health from University of Greenwich in the United Kingdom, she also has professional certifications in Occupational Health from The University of Hong Kong School of Professional and Continuing Education.
