As Certified Professional Marketer Valedictorian under the Marketing Institute of Singapore and a Certified Professional Marketer Valedictorian in the Marketing Institute of the Philippines, he demonstrates expertise in strategic marketing practices. Additionally, he is recognized as a Certified ASEAN SME Online Academy Trainer and serves as a Level 1 Regional Trainer for the Filipino Brand of Service Excellence by the Department of Tourism. Mr. Ballesteros contributes his knowledge and experience as a lecturer at the University of the Philippines Institute for Small Scale Industry.
