With over 30 years of experience in business, music education, media and events, I am the founder and director of Hello Music Studios and Hello Music World, the latter being a start-up which aims to create a sustainable music education industry and social impact through music. As the president of KOWIN (Victorian Chapter), an international network of women leaders of Korean descent established by the South Korean government in 2001, I facilitate intercultural collaborations and discussions on issues concerning Korean women. I also serve as a board member and executive director for several multicultural , business and internationally focused organisations. I am passionate about leading projects with purpose, promoting the arts, and empowering the next generation of leaders.
