Rishav has led several programs in Strategic, Transformational & Operational HR Management that involved the design and implementation of People strategy, systems, policies, and practices. He had the opportunity to work in MNCs, Promoter-led firms, and listed firms involving matrix structures & complex business environments, & with cross-cultural teams & multiple business stakeholders. Rishav has experience with several new setup transactions and has led projects on Business Reorganization. He is a person who successfully managed and developed HR teams through coaching & mentoring, and also built lasting, trusting relationships, and has an excellent network within the fraternity to leverage best practices and knowledge sharing.
