Saurabh is a senior strategy leader with more than two decades of successful career with leading hospitality organisations such as Marriott International, TSA Solutions, Radisson Hotel Group and Millennium Hotels & Resorts. Saurabh is a Certified Hospitality Digital Marketer (CHDM) and in his current role leads all Commercial functions globally including Brands, Marketing, Digital, Platforms, Sales, Revenue Strategy, Loyalty & Distribution teams for Millennium Hotels & Resorts. Saurabh is also a member of the Global Senior Leadership team / Exco of the group. Prior to joining Millennium Hotels & Resorts, Saurabh’s most recent appointment was Vice President, Commercial, Asia Pacific for Radisson Hotels Group. He headed all Commercial pillars including Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Analytics, Digital, Distribution, and Loyalty for RHG. As an Executive Committee member, he was responsible for driving strategic growth and achieving EBITDA targets through developing and executing strategic Global and Continent initiatives that helped to drive performance of more than 200 hotels (both operating and under development) across the region. Saurabh’s previous appointments include General Manager & Vice President, Asia Pacific for TSA Solutions, a leading hospitality consultancy organisation during which he led a team comprising various functions including Sales, Operations, Product Marketing, Service Delivery, HR and Finance. A graduate of the Marriott Voyage Management Development program, Saurabh has had a 15-year career with Marriott International where he led revenue and market strategy teams in Mumbai, Goa, Kuala Lumpur, Beijing, Shanghai and Singapore. Saurabh has received recognition for his exceptional performance with numerous awards throughout his career with Marriott International, notably a two-time recipient of the Revenue Leader of the Year Award, the Revenue Management Team of the Year Award and the prestigious Chairman Circle Award. Saurabh holds a Bachelor Hons degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom, in conjunction with IHM Aurangabad, India.
