We have about as many people streaming content in India, as those watching linear TV. This is a very significant inflection point for the video streaming industry in India.”

He made the bold claim that it’s become a dominant internet activity, adding that a substantial amount of that activity originates from beyond large cities. There has been a huge turning point, as the number of streamers now exceeds that of traditional TV watchers!
