The strategic move aims at fortifying the brand’s reach and customer engagement while enhancing awareness about its diverse offerings.
Actstitude will shoulder the responsibility of crafting content, formulating social media strategies, and orchestrating digital campaigns, all tailored to amplify engagement and expand BHC’s reach. The focus will be on the brand’s chicken dishes, Korean street cuisine, and other appealing offerings, aiming to excite current customers and attract new ones.

This strategic partnership follows BHC’s first outlet opening in Singapore earlier this year. The account director of Actstitude, Fung Wai Cheen, expressed excitement about the venture, anticipating that their innovative and creative strategies will help elevate the brand’s standing in the market.
Actstitude, established in 2016, is renowned for its expertise in shaping social media strategies and managing online communities. A couple of years ago, the agency took a significant leap by acquiring a 55% stake in Brand Artistry, a photo and video production company. The acquisition aimed at fulfilling the rising demand for real-time content marketing.
Reflecting on the agency’s journey, co-founder and group managing director Alvin Kok pointed out the need for expansion to cater to its primarily Singaporean clientele, who majorly belong to the FMCG sector and are inclined towards mall digital or social media marketing.
Leveraging its experience with diverse clientele and projects, Actstitude has successfully built social media platforms for FMCG, F&B, and malls across Malaysia and Singapore.
